Protection is the part of the harness nobody specs until it fails. Corrugated tube, sleeving, grommets, and fixings that keep wire safe from abrasion, heat, and EMI.
We work in the same brands the harness plants already trust: HellermannTyton, Schlemmer, TE Connectivity, ARaymond, and their families. Tell us the diameter, the temperature class, and where it routes. We confirm the part and an honest lead time before you commit.

Single part or a full protection BOM, same process either way.
Corrugated tubing
Slit and closed corrugated tube across the common diameters. Standard PP, heat-stabilised PA for engine-bay routing, and flame-retardant grades where the spec calls for it.
Split loom and conduit
Split wire loom for fast field routing and quick branch-outs, plus closed conduit for sealed runs. Sourced by diameter and temperature class, not guessed.
Grommets and pass-throughs
Rubber grommets, blind grommets, and panel pass-throughs that seal the harness where it crosses a bulkhead or body panel. Matched to bore and wall thickness.
Braided sleeving
Expandable PET and abrasion-resistant braid for bundling and chafe protection. The right pick where corrugated tube is too rigid and tape is not enough.
Fixings and routing hardware
Cable ties, edge clips, P-clips, mounts, and routing brackets that hold the bundle to the body.
Heat and EMI protection
Heat-shielded sleeving for runs near the manifold or exhaust, and metallised braid where shielding matters.
Harness tape
PVC, fleece, and cloth tapes for bundling, abrasion resistance, and noise damping, plus masking tape for paint operations. Picked to the temperature class the run actually sees.

Fixings and routing hardware
Cable ties, edge clips, P-clips, mounts, and routing brackets that hold the bundle to the body.

The full fixings range
Ties, adhesive mounts, edge clips, P-clips, hose clamps, and corrugated tube. One part or the whole list, same process either way.
